The North Texas Great Santa Run is so much more than a 5K Run! Below are just some of the things you can look forward to. 

Our Santa Run host will be local performer and Magician, Trigg Watson! Trigg has appeared all over the United States and the world in places such as Las Vegas, Boston and the UK and has appeared in Magician Magazine. He'll make sure our Santas are energized and entertained! 

Our main attraction is the 5K run! This is an official certified 5K Run that will have a clock at the start and finish so you are able to clock your time. Be a part of one of the largest Santa running groups in the world! Water stations will be available on the course for refreshments and the finish line will put you back in the main event area. Be sure to visit all of our sponsor booths in Santa's Vendor Village for some rewards for participating! 

If you aren't interested in the full 5K run, you can participate by walking our 1 Mile track. Instead of water stops, you'll see cookies and milk! You'll still get all the great prizes at Santa's Vendor Village after the event. This is a great way to show your support for My Possibilities without having to stress yourself too much!

Live Music ALL DAY! You're going to get a chance to hear some really great bands. With music from Erin Munoz, the Erica Perry Band and Rick Richards, you're going to be bouncing up and down and dancing to the beat all throughout the event! 

Ever wonder what those goofy square barcodes are? Well at the Santa Run, we're going to have a scavanger hunt using QR Codes as your clue finders! If you have a smartphone, download a "QR Code Reader/Scanner" and you'll be ready to go! Everybody who completes the hunt will be entered into a drawing for some fabulous prizes! The first code will be given at the end of the 5K Run between 10:30am - 11:00am. 

Looking for a way to continue to help My Possibilities and maybe get a little more jolly? After the event is over, you'll be able to join all of your fellow Santas at the Gingerman Pub on Bishop Street. They will be putting together a special Happy Hour Menu from 12pm-5pm just for Santas! 10% of your entire bar tab will be donated back to My Possibilities! So drink and be merry!!! VERY MERRY!!!

You can register for the 5K run or 1 Mile Walk by registering through Active.com at the link below. You can also create your own Santa Running Team by selecting the "Team Captain" option in the registration settings. Then, instruct your running friends to select the "Team Member" option and select your team name from the list.
